This one was very fun for me. I wanted to do a take on that monster that was in the early horror movies of the 19th century, I forget his name. Something like the creature of the black lagoon? Something like that. The type of creature Im refrencing, there's also of version of it in Hellboy. I added common aquatic animal features to a humanoid; such as fins, gills, beady fish eyes and a fish/shark like mermaid tail. I really enjoyed the way this came out. He looks really strong and powerful. Full of primal power and instinct. But as much as Id like to think he has high predator instinct and hunting skills, Id like to also imagine he's as dumb as a rock, or a fish. To me that is a terrifying combo and I would absolutely dread and fear for my life running into this dude. Especially if I stumbled upon this scene.
